Brian Borcherdt, Broken Social Scene, and a random night at the Dakota Tavern christen the music section at poached eggs and toast (P.E.A.T). Brian was launching his album on the Hand Drawn Dracula label "Coyotes", at MTV live. The sound quality was surreal. Broken Social Scene was wrapping up their American tour, and the Toronto show was the full package, total entertainment. Both shows were phenomenal! The Dakota is just plain fun! I definitely have to spend more time there. More music happenings to come. Crystal Stilts was also on the list, but even as a fan, I was so uninspired by their show at the Horseshoe that I only took one picture and it sucked. Kinda like the show.
